The only negative I can think of on Daniel Smith paints is they are expensive but luckily they often have sales so you can keep a list and stock up when you find a deal. The PrimaTek line has the word Genuine after the mineral paint names, I’m going to leave that off when I refer to the paints. For colours with low tinting strength, such as Maya Blue Genuine, you can use up the colour very fast and it will be quite costly to buy tubes after tubes.
