Have tried to order a craft table. I ordered a 100+ pound Shelves and I got a Window Shade. Never received new bases. I received no call. They are unable to give me ANY more helpful information. Called customer service and spoke with 6 different people, they all refused to transfer me to a manager. But online the new ship date is guess what??? Have had 3 different due dates for bases. Called and was told they were rushing me 2 new lamps and I should receive them in 2 days. It was not labeled as a back order on their site. Now kids beds need to be put back together, etc.. until your order arrives..Highly unlikely we will order again from Pottery Barn again.Just terrible customer service.Stay away.
