The first mod I usually do is to lower the seat height because I have only a 28" inseam. You could lose 1.5" - 2" of suspension travel and still never bottom it out. I like it, but if you prefer sliding around a little more on the seat, I'd recommend the all carbon seat cover, which still offers a little bit of grip, but you can move around better.
